Meals are provided by Chef Hugo Fuentes, following EWG guidelines using ingredients that are Non-GMO, sourced locally, organically, and regeneratively. Our menu is prepared as a gluten-free, omnivore meal plan. As the dishes contain meat and dairy, we do not recommend this meal plan for vegetarians. See the 2020 Menu below.
