Description
This workshop will discuss the efficacious use of essential oils for mental health and emotions in a way that ensures safety and ethical sustainability of our natural resources. We will start with the basics of aromatherapy, and uncover the commonly used oils (including gum resins and woods) for mental health, emotions and sometimes to change a mood. we will discover how to use them safely and most effectively, which ones are best to use, and how to do that without wasting aromatics.
