We are pleased to offer various food options for our conference attendees to suit a variety of needs, both dietary and convenience.
For those wishing to enjoy the convenience of our Meal Plan, a pre-purchased ticket will provide organic, locally sourced, flexitarian, gluten-free meals that begin with Friday dinner and end with Sunday lunch.
This meal plan is suited for omnivores. Vegans are encouraged to source their meals from our food vendors or bring their own provisions. The weekend’s meal plan is an additional cost and can be purchased with your registration. We have a limited number of meal plan tickets and we encourage you to register early so you don’t miss out! Meal plan tickets for the weekend are $65 and include Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. We are also offering meal plans for youth ages 3-10 years of age for $40.
Our 2020 Menu will be provided by Hugoa Fuentes, the resident chef of Camp La Llanada and will be featuring ingredients sourced locally and organically to the widest extent possible as he has our last two events. Meals include coffee and juice with breakfast, water and tea with lunch and dinner.

For those who wish to enjoy the weekend without cooking, but want to have more options, we have invited a number of food vendors coming from around Florida to provide you with vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options on all three days of our event.
Our 2020 Food vendors will be announced in Fall 2019.
We are working hard this year to ensure our food vendors provide for your needs in a more ample and timely manner, thank you for your feedback from previous year’s events!
For those bringing their own food to cook, remember good campfire practices – no digging – above ground pits must be used. Also, remember good storage practices – hungry forest critters will go to great lengths to procure your gourmet organic snacks if left unsecured. If you deal with food sensitivities or have a highly specialized dietary regimen, we emphatically encourage you to bring your own ingredients and snacks to ensure your needs are met throughout the weekend.
To honor our responsibility for our practices, we will be composting throughout the weekend, thanks to Barefoot Creek. Learn more here.
