“Early Bird” Morning Activities – 7-8 am Saturday & Sunday
Yoga – meet by Saw Palmetto tent to awaken and enliven your body and spirit
Qi Gong – meet by Fire Circle to move energy and get grounded for the day (with Masaji Terasawa)
Plant Walk – meet at Flagpole for a morning edible plant ID walk (with Green Deane or Andy Firk)
“Free Thyme” – 3-6 pm Saturday
Enjoy relaxing by the lake, meandering along the trails, picking up gifts and apothecary goodies from the vendors, or a napping in a hammock under the Live Oak trees.
Activity classes will be offered during this period for additional enrichment, including drumming, plant walks, yoga, qi gong, and more!
Evening Keynote and Music: Friday and Saturday after dinner, in the Pavilion
Entertaining musicians, inspiring speakers, and fun fellowship will bring depth and laughter to our weekend

The Red Tent – open all weekend
Ladies, make time this weekend to experience the Red Tent, a safe space to find peace and connection. The Red Tent is located near the lagoon behind first aid and Spanish Needle.
